My wife called to see about servicing out pool as we had mustard algae, though we didn't know that at the time. She explained what was going on and Jay knew exactly what the problem was. Rather than coming out and charging us he gave her instructions and said try this first. It fixed the problem. It is refreshing to find companies that are there to help first. It goes a long way and next time we have an issue with our pool we will call Brakefield’s.
