Recently relocating from out of state, there are a ton of loose ends and details to keep up with - AND we had never owned a pool before so we were clueless. Jay and Paul have done a fantastic job of keeping our pool swim ready and also educating us in the process. Jay promptly answers our untimely (weekend) equipment questions and either walks us through the remedy or makes room for us in his schedule that day. Brakefield's Pool Service is not only focused on servicing our pool, but they provide excellent customer service as well.
