When our previous pool company stopped communicating with us, we decided to take care of our pool on our own. However, our pool was green and had several other equipment issues that we did not know how to fix, even after going online to pool websites and watching YouTube videos. I looked at different pool service companies online and chose Brakefield's because of all the positive reviews. Now it's my turn to add another positive review! We needed someone knowledgeable to tell us how to get our pool in working order again. Our pool had several issues, but my main concern was getting it to be blue again! Jay came out free of charge and told us step-by-step exactly what we needed to do to take care it. Once we did everything he told us, our pool returned to it's sparkling blue waters and I was a believer in Brakefield's Pool Service! He even agreed to come out while we were on vacation to check our pool for a minimal charge and also came when our salt system wasn't working properly to help us know what repairs were needed. Jay makes himself available for services even on Saturdays, which our previous pool service did not. When you want to swim on the weekend and something isn't going right with your pool, Brakefield's is just a phone call away. I highly recommend this company for regular monthly service, or just once in awhile maintenance checks when you're gone for a vacation or have issues. Brakefield's is the best!
